Privacy
DexHub is a private, invite-only operations platform run by Dex. This page explains what personal data it handles, why, and who to contact. Last updated 14 October 2026.
Who runs it
DexHub is operated by Dex. For anything about your data, write to contact@dexhub.pro.
Release forms
If you were sent a release form, it collects your name and contact details, photos of your identity document, your signature, and the date, IP address and device used when you signed. These records are kept because documenting the age and consent of everyone who appears in a production is a legal record-keeping requirement. They are stored privately and only Dex can see them. After signing, you receive a copy by email.
Content pages
If you were sent a private content page, it records the access code check, which files you viewed or downloaded, and your email address if you ask for your link to be emailed to you. This lets Dex see that the content reached you. Wrong code attempts are limited using an anonymised fingerprint of your connection, to stop guessing.
Team accounts
Team members sign in with their email address. DexHub logs when and from where team members use it, to keep accounts secure.
Where data is stored
DexHub uses a small number of services to run:
- Supabase - database and private file storage, in Frankfurt (EU)
- Vercel - website hosting
- Resend - sending emails
- Bunny - media storage and delivery
- OpenStreetMap - turning a place name typed into a release form into a location
Cookies
DexHub only uses cookies it needs to work: keeping team members signed in, and keeping a content page open after you enter your code. There is no advertising, no tracking and no analytics.
How long data is kept
Release records are kept for as long as the law requires. Everything else is kept only as long as it is needed.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where the law allows, by writing to contact@dexhub.pro.
